Last week, a memorial bench to remember Emily Stockley was installed on our playground. It was organised by our PTA, carved by a local woodcarver and is made from an Oak tree from Ashridge forest. Emily's classmates in Year 6 helped with the design; they wanted it to be big enough for all of Emily's family to sit on, to include butterflies, which Emily loved, and to be placed somewhere where everyone can enjoy it. We think it's just the job and Emily would have loved it.
